Well faithful readers you know I travel quite a bit for work. I was in Texas using the Internet provided at a hotel. So I connected to the Internet, launched the browser, and then started the process of connecting. Put in the hotel provided access code, click next. The next screen was this:

Yes, there was nothing to accept. I even called the tech support line to make sure I was not connected to a spoofed provider. It is actually that they do not have any terms and conditions.
