After getting home from work when it was dark for the past few weeks, I finally had a chance to shoot something outside, even though it was snowing. So I took advantage of the natural light. It was not the best light but it was the idea I was looking for. I also tweaked it [more]

I am still learning some of the things that I can do with the seamless poster paper and a flash. Once again you can see past the side of the paper to the paneling which to some degree helps to define the edges of the glass. I am trying to figure how to get better [more]

I am still experimenting with the marbles and trying to get the right look. I am not sure that this is it yet either, but moving the flash to a soft box on the camera left side definitely helped. I also changed the aperture to allow for more of the marbles to be in focus. Realistically [more]
